The Persist Kids program was designed for convenience. All teacher training and program materials are available through the online portal so teachers can access and complete the program training at their own convenience. The benefits of the program include improved student achievement, school culture, and higher levels of engagement. Students are more invested in their futures and through the program are given the opportunity to create and navigate their own road map for success.
This program is unique in many ways. Firstly, there are no “wrong” answers. Students are rewarded simply for their effort and participation. Secondly, the program provides students with the leeway to choose their own path. Students get to decide what they want to achieve, set their own goals and come up with solutions to any obstacles. Finally, this evidence based program was designed based on research of what makes students successful over time.
